Nibbles: The Kitchen at Technocopia
Come join the enthusiastic, innovative team at Nibbles; a student developed and run food store at Technocopia. Students will be responsible for building their store from the ground up, developing a business plan, determining inventory, weekly calculations of profit and loss, advertising and conducting and analyzing research surveys of our clients. While cooking food for our customers, students will explore nutrition, industrialized food, farming and the local food movements. We’ll wander philosophically through the economics and ethics of what we serve in the hopes of answering the question “What’s for dinner?”
