This twelve week backyard ecology class is packed with home-grown knowledge that will help students scientifically explore and appreciate the great outdoors.  Over the 12 weeks we’ll trace the unfolding drama of the seasons by observing, recording and experimenting. In your science kit you’ll have everything you need to  participate in hands-on STEAM projects related to our observations.  Each class will be held as a virtual field trip focusing on flora, fauna, astronomy or weather.  You’ll never know what we might find on our virtual field trips but as we move through the season, and our classes, a sense of ecological wholeness that is critical to understanding the world and our place in it will become clear.

Full tuition cost is $300. A non-refundable deposit of $75 today reserves a seat and goes toward the full cost of tuition and art/science kit.

This class is designed for ages 8-10.
