PARKING
Technocopia is located at 44 Portland St. in downtown Worcester, MA!
There are multiple parking options depending on the day and time you visit. The Printers Building Lot is only available on weekdays after 5pm and the weekends. This lot is located on the corner of Myrtle and Portland St and is in pictured in the right hand section of the photo above. During the weekdays metered street parking or the municipal parking lot on Salem St (next to the Worcester Public Library) is the most convenient. Both take cash and electronic payment options. Do not park in any other lots! Most other surrounding lots are by permit only and towing is frequent and expensive.
Finding the ENTRANCE
Please find our front entrance at 44 Portland St and call our floor with the call box. A staff member upstairs will be able to ring you into the building. At the end of the hall is an elevator, which you can ride to the 6th floor. Welcome to Technocopia!
Understanding Parking
Please refer to the map below, parking downtown is aggressively enforced!
Disregarding these suggestions will result in your car being towed by one of our neighbors!
UNMARKED - Parking is available at metered parking spaces on most of the streets around Technocopia. Please be careful when selecting a parking space and watch for construction or police notifications of areas that are temporarily restricted.
MARKED IN GREEN - The safest, cheapest and most flexible parking is always in the municipal parking lot on Salem St (next to the Worcester Public Library) which offers electronic payment options.
MARKED IN ORANGE - Free parking is available after 5pm on Weekdays, and on Weekends, in the Printer's Building Lot.
Do not park here during weekdays, before 5pm. You will be towed.
Do not park in the 4 spots closest to the door, left blank in the diagram, they are reserved for guests of the radio station on the first floor. You will be towed.
MARKED IN RED - Do not park in any other lots near Technocopia. They are all private lots. You will be towed, even if they are empty.
