Tool Training
If you want to use the any of the tools that require training, you’ll need to take a tool training class. The only goals for tool training are to keep yourself safe, keep the tools safe, and be the baseline for you to get started making your own projects unsupervised.
Tools Available for Tool Testing
We are currently working to expand our tool test offerings, but for now, the only one available are below. If you have previous experience using these machines, you can use the button to send an email to the steward of the shop and ask to get scheduled for a tool test. If you would like to try to train yourself, each tool has a link to a tutorial series with the information needed to pass on a tool test.
