Class Submission Form
If you are interested in teaching a new class at Technocopia, you can fill out this form to give us an idea of what you’re interested in teaching, what materials you’ll need, and give us information that helps us build out your class!
Volunteer Sign-up Form
If you’d like to sign up as a volunteer, the first step is to fill out this form! Volunteers support the space in 2 shifts a month, and pay a lower rate for membership. There are limited volunteer positions, apply soon to get a spot!
Student Registration
If you are a new student in Technocopia’s classes, you will need to first fill out this form for insurance purposes to handle the equipment before your class. This form also includes waiver and media releases.
Near Miss / Conduct Report
If you see any unsafe tool usage or feel uncomfortable about an interaction and prefer not to confront the situation directly, you can submit an anonymous report so we can address the issue or review our policies as needed.
Incident & Injury Report
if you or a person in the makerspace has gotten injured, this report must be filled out after first aid is finalized. Typically staff and stewards will fill out this paperwork, but is essential for our space for insurance purposes and improving safety in the space.

Technocopia is built around the belief that everyone should have access to creativity. We are therefore proud to participate in the Card to Culture program in partnership with the Mass Cultural Council. As part of this program, people with EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare Cards are eligible a promotional code for 50% off of the workshops and classes at Technocopia.

Technocopia is committed to supporting our neighbors while also taking care of our staff, volunteers, and members. To do that sustainably we use a structured system to manage community projects and partnerships. This system helps us say yes to cool ideas without overextending our limited capacity.
