Learn New Skills & Build On Old Ones

Technocopia’s stewards, instructors and club organizers are an invaluable resource for learning new skill sets. Tool Trainings ensure you can use the equipment safely as well, while Project Classes allow you to jump right into making cool stuff! Our free social events are a great way to connect with your creative community, brainstorm ideas, and collaborate on projects.

Want To Teach a Class?

If you would like to give back to your community, consider helping us to teach classes at Technocopia! We are working towards building a network of teachers who have varied skill sets to teach both tool trainings, skill-building, and creative project classes

Even teaching one 2-3 hour class a month provides our members and the public with so many more options to take classes that help them learn how to design, build, and repair in their lives. If you’d like to learn more, check out our instructor basics post to get started!

We've Joined The Card To Culture Program!

If you have an EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare card, you’re eligible for a discount to our classes! We are working each year to make Technocopia more accessible to the public, and are glad that we can take this next step towards making creativity accessible to all.

Learn more about the card to culture program, what benefits Technocpia is committing to, and how to apply and get a discount to our classes below. Thank you so much to Mass Cultural Council for organizing this program!

A Word On Our Refund Policy

If you cannot attend a class, please let us know 24 hours before the class starts to ensure a full refund or transfer. There are no refunds for missed classes.

Certain classes have a minimum enrollment noted in the Eventbrite description. If this minimum number of students is not met the class may be canceled. In the event of a class cancellation due to minimum enrollment, instructor cancellation, or weather related cancellation, all students will receive full refunds.

*Please note that we are a non-profit with limited staff resources, and our members are not beholden to accept any job request. We will try to help, but we are a makerspace first and foremost, and not a job shop.
